  • 1 pound Trader Joe's Raw Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 0.5 teaspoons Trader Joe's Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 0.5 cups Trader Joe's Dry White Wine
  • 1 large Lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 cups Trader Joe's Baby Spinach
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cups Trader Joe's Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 quarts Water

Directions

Step 1

Bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiling, add the Trader Joe's Fresh Linguini and cook according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the linguini.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat Trader Joe's Olive Oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until softened.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic and Trader Joe's Chili Pepper Flakes to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let the garlic brown.
