  • 2 lbs Large shrimp, deveined and shell-on
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 Lemon, quartered
  • 4 Garlic cloves, smashed
  • 8 cups Water
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 0 Hot sauce (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large stockpot with 8 cups of water and place over high heat.

Step 2

Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, lemon quarters, and smashed garlic cloves to the pot. Bring the water to a boil.
