Ingredients

  • 500 grams Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 250 grams Cremini or button mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
