Ingredients

  • 300 grams Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 10 grams Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 small Red chili (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Peanuts (crushed)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 liter Water

Directions

Step 1

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the glass noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
