  • 12 pieces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 slices thinly sliced ham (prosciutto or deli ham works well)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 12 pieces toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Cut each slice of ham in half lengthwise to create long strips. You will have 12 strips.
