  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup stone-ground grits
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to combine and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth and heavy cream to a boil. Gradually whisk in the grits.
