  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1 cup grapefruit segments
  • 0 salt (to taste)
  • 0 black pepper (to taste)
  • 0 tortilla chips or crackers (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot and add 1 tsp of salt and the lemon wedges.
