  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 8 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
