  • 500 grams Beef sirloin or lamb (cubed)
  • 1 large Red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)

  • 1 large Red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Step 2

Add the cubed beef or lamb to the marinade, making sure all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

Heat a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan.
