  • 3 cups broccoli florets

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for 2-3 minutes to remove their natural smell. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain them and set aside.
