  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Clean the shiitake mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Finely dice the mushroom caps.

Step 2

Finely chop the shallot and garlic. Roughly chop the capers and parsley.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
