Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry sherry, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness. Add the wings to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
