  • 0.25 cup Sherry
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 0.25 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, sliced peaches, sliced pears, dried apricots, and golden raisins. Toss gently to mix.
