  • 500 grams carrots
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots. Slice them into evenly-sized batons, approximately 2-3 inches in length.
