Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse in cold water, and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
