  • 300 grams medium shell pasta
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 80 grams black olives, sliced
  • 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
