  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for rolling)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel, core, and finely dice the green apple. Set aside.

Peel and finely chop the yellow onion. Mince the garlic clove.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Drain excess grease if necessary.
