Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a clean cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice each chicken breast horizontally to create two thinner pieces. Place the pieces between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them gently with a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
