Ingredients

  • 500 grams Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium Red chili (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 medium Cucumber (julienned)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 200 grams Cabbage (thinly shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 0.25 cup Roasted peanuts (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and set aside to cool.
