  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, chopped parsley, chopped chives, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

Place the butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and shape it into a small log about 4 inches long. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
