  • 4 tablespoons Oil (for shallow frying)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the okra using a clean kitchen towel. Ensure the okra is completely dry to avoid sliminess during preparation.

Trim the ends of each okra and cut them into halves or slices, roughly 2-3 inches long.
