  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Wash and prepare your vegetables. Break the broccoli and cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets. Cut the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Place all the vegetables into a large resealable plastic bag or a large mixing bowl with a lid.
