Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely grate the fresh ginger until you have approximately 1 teaspoon. Mince the garlic clove into very fine pieces.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.

Step 3

Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and water. Whisk everything together until fully combined.

Step 4

Add a pinch of black pepper, to taste, for subtle heat and seasoning. Whisk one final time.
