Ingredients

  • 2 stalks green onion, finely sliced
  • 4 pieces white bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 500 ml vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Place the shrimp, egg white, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and one stalk of sliced green onion into a food processor. Blend until it forms a smooth paste.

Step 2

Lay the slices of white bread on a cutting board and spread the shrimp paste evenly over one side of each slice, ensuring the paste is thick enough to fully coat the surface.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds generously on top of the shrimp paste, pressing them gently to stick.

Cut each bread slice into quarters, either in squares or triangles, depending on your preference.
