Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
