  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 pieces Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by trimming any excess fat or silver skin from the pork tenderloins. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar. Whisk until well blended.

Place the tenderloins in a sealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor. Turn the tenderloins halfway through to ensure even marination.
