Directions

Step 1

Add the warm water (240 ml), softened unsalted butter (30 g), and honey (30 ml) into the bread machine pan.

Step 2

Sprinkle the salt (1.5 tsp) evenly over the liquid ingredients.

Step 3

Add the bread flour (360 g) to the pan, ensuring it covers all the liquid ingredients.

Step 4

Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the instant yeast (2.25 tsp). Do not let the yeast touch the water directly.

Add the sesame seeds (2 tbsp) to the pan, distributing them evenly for a gentle sesame flavor.
