  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the ingredients. Thinly slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the red bell pepper into strips, chop the broccoli into florets, and julienne the carrot.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger to make the sesame sauce.

In another small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Set it aside.
