  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (slurry)
  • 2 teaspoons Cold water (slurry)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the water.

Pat the chicken drummettes dry with paper towels. Dip each drummette into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Repeat until all the drummettes are coated.
