  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 8 ounces Dried soba or egg noodles
  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cups Baby spinach

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan, cover, and set aside to rest.
