Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 2 pieces Green onions (thinly sliced, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir well and set aside.

In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set this aside for thickening the sauce later.
