Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium-sized Bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced into strips
  • 1 medium-sized Onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 large Tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and crushed black pepper to create a marinade.

Step 2

Place the sliced beef in a separate bowl and pour half of the marinade over it. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

While the beef marinates, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are slightly softened but still crisp. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.

Step 5

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of cooking oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 6

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-6 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and browned.

Step 7

Return the cooked peppers and onions to the skillet with the beef, and pour in the remaining marinade. Stir-fry everything together for an additional 2 minutes so the flavors combine. Remove from heat.

Step 8

Warm the tortilla wraps either in the microwave or on a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds each.

Step 9

Fill each tortilla with a generous scoop of the beef and pepper mixture. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.

Step 10

Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap and serve immediately. Enjoy!
