  • 100 ml milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 piece egg (lightly beaten)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in lukewarm water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture, milk, and vegetable oil.

Mix the ingredients together until a rough dough forms. Transfer it to a floured surface and knead for about 10-12 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
