  • 0.75 cup Sour cream (full-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles (cooked and buttered)

Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat from the beef and slice it into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches long. Season the beef strips with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with all-purpose flour.
