Ingredients

  • 60 grams Unsalted butter
  • 200 grams Granulated sugar
  • 125 milliliters Fresh lemon juice
  • 60 milliliters Fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 250 milliliters Milk
  • 50 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 22cm (9-inch) tart pan or pie dish with butter and set aside.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a microwave or small saucepan. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition until the mixture is smooth.
