  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 slices lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom.
