Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Step 2

Sprinkle in paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients gently with clean hands or a spoon until well combined. Do not overmix to keep the patties tender.
