  • 2 pounds Pork shoulder
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 6 pieces Hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 cups Coleslaw mix

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the pork shoulder all over with the spice mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
