Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef chuck roast
  • 2 cups Beef broth

  • 1 cup Giardiniera (mild or hot, drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup Roasted red bell peppers (sliced)
  • 6 pieces Hoagie rolls or French rolls
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat from the beef chuck roast.

Step 2

In a slow cooker, add the beef broth, dry Italian seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
