Ingredients

  • 400 grams spaghetti or linguine
  • 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 grams scallops
  • 300 grams mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 milliliters dry white wine
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn golden and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Step 4

Add the mussels and white wine to the skillet. Cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the mussels have opened. Discard any mussels that do not open. Remove the mussels and set aside with the shrimp and scallops.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
