  • 12 pieces Lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Grated nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
