Ingredients

  • 500 grams Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 300 grams Scallops
  • 300 grams White fish fillet (e.g., cod or halibut), cubed
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 0 optional Cooked pasta, rice, or crusty bread (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are opaque and just cooked through. Remove and set aside on a plate.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and olive oil. Sear the cubed white fish for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and place with the shrimp and scallops.

Return the cooked seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish) to the skillet. Gently toss to coat the seafood in the creamy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and dill just before serving.
