  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set them aside in a large mixing bowl.
