  • 200 grams Mini marshmallows
  • 150 grams Digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 100 grams Roasted almonds (roughly chopped)
  • 75 grams Dried cranberries or raisins
  • 50 grams White chocolate (optional, for drizzle)

Directions

Step 1

Line a square 8x8 inch baking tin with parchment paper, ensuring the edges overhang for easy removal later.

Step 2

In a large heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and golden syrup.

Step 3

Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir gently until the mixture is melted and smooth.
