  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 pieces Toast or bagels (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the creme fraiche, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
