  • 170 grams Unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 100 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 units Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
