  • 120 milliliters sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients until evenly combined, but do not overmix as it can make the meatballs dense.

Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs. You should end up with approximately 20-24 meatballs.
