Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the English cucumbers using a mandoline or a sharp knife. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the cucumber slices with salt and gently toss to coat. Let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess water.

Step 3

After 10 minutes, drain the cucumbers and gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Set aside.
