  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional, grated)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. Once boiling, add the couscous, stir, and cover the pan. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
