Ingredients

  • 500 grams Button mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Slice the mushrooms into thin, even pieces.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
